DEIS has featured in the research and innovation event that focused on European Union’s priorities in the digital transformation of society and industry. The project was presented in a workshop titled: “Enabling-technology for Pervasive Cyber-Physical Systems”. Dr. Omar Veledar (AVL List, Austria) introduced the “Science of Dependable System Integration” as a main theme of the project, which was an introduction into an open debate. The other themes of the session were: “Dependable User Interactions for Collaborative Autonomous CPSs”, “Dependability through Elastic AI” and “Adaptive Dependability for Critical Infrastructure”. This was also a networking opportunity for raising awareness of the project as well as a chance to showcase collaboration within a CPS cluster of projects: Platforms4CPS, CPSwarm, Bonseyes and CERBERO.
