On the 13th and 14th of September 2017, the DEIS consortium - represented by the work package leaders and steering board members - met for a joined synchronization workshop and steering board meeting in York, England.

On the first day, starting at noon, the consortium met to discuss current status and future steps of each individual work package, synchronizing on all individual tasks of each work package. The evening was then brought to an end with a common dinner and fruitful conversations.

The focus on the second day was set on two brainstorming sessions and the preparation for the first technical project assessment, taking place in the beginning of October in Brussels.
